We are an industry leader operating funeral homes, cemeteries and crematoria across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
About the role
This role provides support and assistance to our client families on a full-time basis. Your duties will involve:
* Assisting families with the coordination and presentation of their audio-visual presentations for services
* Coordinating AV and Chapel requirements with Funeral Directors
* Ensuring Chapels and surrounding areas are well maintained
* Assisting families to farewell their loved ones
* working in a team with operations staff to provide effective and timely administrative support services.
What skills and experience do you need?
* A calm demeanor and “can do attitude” with the ability to prioritise and multi-task working with a busy schedule
* Able to work independently and as a member of a team
* Flexibility to work weekends
* A focus on customer service and collaborative business relationships.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* EMPATHY, EMPATHY, EMPATHY
* Resilience is a MUST – we want candidates who are focused, committed and passionate.
* High attention to detail
* Strong skills in MS Office Suite and the ability to troubleshoot AV systems and pull together presentations for families
