Your Impact:
As an Accounts Services Officer, you will have a direct impact on the smooth and accurate financial operations at Goodstart. By ensuring timely and precise payment applications on family accounts, processing refunds, and managing the Direct Debit/Online payment process, you will contribute to maintaining financial accuracy across our centres.
Your proactive approach to resolving overdue accounts and reducing debt, coupled with your support of centre staff and managers, will play a key role in fostering positive relationships and operational efficiency.
You’ll also assist with audits, drive continuous improvements in invoicing and transaction processes, and ensure that all communication with stakeholders is clear, timely, and in line with Goodstart’s policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence will make a significant impact on both internal operations and the experience of our families and centres.

You’ll bring to the table:
* Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billing environment
* Previous Early Learning Industry knowledge or experience
* Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills
* Previous experience/knowledge of SAP
