Key Responsibilities
Design and execute cutting-edge digital strategies to enhance customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Campaign Management
Optimise SEM, social media, display, and programmatic campaigns.
Use data insights to refine campaigns for optimal performance.
Leadership
Lead and motivate a team of specialists, fostering an innovative and collaborative culture.
Analytics & Reporting
Set clear KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure clarity in reporting for strategic decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
Budget Oversight
Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Expertise in SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising.
Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
Proven experience with managing large budgets in dynamic settings.
Preferred:
Background in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and CRM tools.
Certifications in
