** - Apply technical skills and knowledge to design and lead work streams, successfully managing project risks and financials along the way - Lead and coordinate project workstream delivery with a focus on outcomes and impact - Draw on Deloitte's unique capabilities in Structured Problem Solving, Design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and experience from our global consulting network - Mentor and coach junior staff in the early stages of their career - Build authentic and trusted relationships with our clients and the broader Deloitte firm - Contribute to the culture and development of the wider team or peers outside of a project environment **Enough about us, let's talk about you.
** In order to be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following: - Engineering degree or equivalient (Electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, etc.)
- Experience within heavy asset industries (mining, oil & gas, rail...) - Demonstrated consulting experience within a relevant area - Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as self - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients - Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills - Strong analytical skills and exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks - Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
