Full time, continuing position Exciting opportunity to make a difference for students at the University of Sydney Base Salary $99,455 - $102,039 17% superannuation About the opportunity As the Co-Curricular Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of co-curricular programs and initiatives for various cohorts across the University. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver co-curricular programs in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, in particular students as partners in co-design. Your key responsibilities will be to: work within a tightknit team, reporting to the Co-Curricular Programs Manager design programs with multiple stakeholders and support the delivery of student-led co-curricular activities develop materials and communications to increase engagement with students and raise awareness promote activities and events via various mediums including social media, websites and EDMs deliver training sessions, webinars, and face to face events as part of the co-curricular programs report and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of student co-curricular programs. About you experience in the coordination of large-scale online and face-to-face events ability to work across multiple departments and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships proven experience analysing, coordinating and processing key information for future initiatives excellent communications skills, coupled with strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills background in wellbeing promotion, student advising or support services a passion for helping students through their university journey.
