About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketplace Manager to join our client's team and lead marketing strategy across various online platforms. In this fast-paced role, you will drive brand growth and customer engagement, manage relationships with key online marketplaces, and develop marketing programs that increase brand awareness and revenue. Working closely with the Director of Commercial Operations and supported by a Marketing Coordinator, you'll oversee multichannel marketing initiatives to enhance our digital footprint and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention. Manage key online marketplace accounts, driving marketplace promotions and growth. Build relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers, to implement multi-channel campaigns. Lead and mentor the marketing team, overseeing campaign implementation and team development. Oversee marketing budget and agency relationships to ensure effective ROI on SEM and other marketing activities. Work collaboratively with department heads to ensure alignment with the broader business strategy. What We're Looking For Experience in consumer marketing, with experience in digital marketing and brand management. Experience managing online marketplace relationships and multichannel marketing campaigns. Strong project management and written communication skills. Familiarity with Trello or similar team management software is beneficial. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a high-energy environment.
