Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Manage competing priorities efficiently, providing consistent and reliable support to the team.
3. Facilitate procurement processes, including purchasing, receipting, and payment of goods and services for the branch, using S4/HANA and corporate credit card, in line with departmental policies.
4. Offer exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and achieving outcomes in a professional manner.
5. Liaise with various departments to provide or obtain necessary information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
6. Maintain and update administrative registers and systems to support the Business Services Team and the Leadership Team, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
