This is a Fulltime Fixed-term 2 year contract.Using change management strategies, this role will expand translating concepts and ideas into actionable workflows, documenting comprehensive standard operating procedures and developing tailored training and communications plans.
This will include managing organisational change, employee engagement, organisational development, leadership capability, and communications to ensure a smooth transition throughout the transformation.Duties And ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the full cycle change management for the new 2Up operating model RSPCA Victoria's inspectorate, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organisation.Develop and deliver tailored communication strategies to support change initiatives and improve stakeholder understanding.Design and implement effective change management approaches, including impact assessments, learning needs analysis, and engagement plans.Support the Inspectorate and wider organisation during transformation by coaching leaders and teams to overcome resistance and adopt new processes.Build change management capability across the organisation by promoting best practices.Develop a project management framework and enhance organisational capability for project execution.Lead planning, documentation, communication, and rollout, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, align efforts, and manage risks and conflicts.Create training materials, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, including workplace health and safety.What We Are Looking ForProven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar management and change consultancy role.Demonstrated success leading and implementing complex projects, particularly in animal welfare, operations, or process optimisation.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate diverse, cross-functional teams.Expertise in producing high-quality documentation and translating complex processes into clear, actionable SOPs.Solid background in organisational design, operating model transformation, and large-scale change initiatives.Experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical internal communications plans.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for efficient project execution.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We Can Offer YouEncouraged work-life balance!Generous discount on products and services, including Royal Canine pet food, Hush Puppies footwear and RSPCA Victoria retail products.Recognised by Mental Health First Aid Australia, as a skilled workplace - Access to a range of mental health and wellbeing supportive initiatives.
