I am looking for an experienced People and Culture expert to join a well-known NFP in Darwin.
Your new role
The Employee Relations Business Partner will collaborate with management and stakeholders to provide HR and employment relations support.
* Operational: Role design, pay reviews, casual employment, employee movements, and managing the People & Culture inbox.
* Employment Relations: Guide managers on policies, conduct investigations, organise mediation, and deliver training.
* Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews and improvement plans.
* Reporting: Maintain case management reporting.
* Projects: Contribute to HR process improvements and WHS Management System.
* Training and Development: Plan and organise non-clinical training, participate in inductions.
* Recruitment: Assist as needed.
* Customer Relations: Respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
* HR System: Coach on HR systems.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualifications: Diploma in HR Management or similar (desirable).
* Experience: 3-5 years in a senior HR role.
* Skills: Strong computer literacy, excellent communication, and professional skills.
* Licences: Industry certifications, Ochre Card, and National Police Clearance.
