You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we've got the team for you. You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.
In this role, you'll:
Ensure the technical integrity of network infrastructure services provided by Transport's network service suppliers. This encompasses the validation of technical aspects within supplier-provided designs and proposed setups.
Review and endorse technical changes, validating supplier quotes, proposals, and invoices, and participating in the analysis of the causes of incidents and recommending permanent corrective actions.
Provide technical assurance by scrutinizing designs and proposals provided by suppliers. Your contributions will include offering advice on proposed technical configurations and aiding in technical assessments, both during everyday operations and recovery procedures.
Additionally, you'll serve as an intermediary between operating agency technology (OT) entities, such as the private fiber network of Trains and the network at the Traffic Management Centre (TMC), and the services used by either the managed network services supplier or Transport agencies.
