The Opportunity
The Line Lead will work closely in the implementation of the operational excellence program to ensure a consistent and standard OPEX framework is applied to drive continuous improvements aligned with operational strategy and aspirations.
* Capability development for the warehouse systems in line with Run-to-Target (RTT) objectives.
* Support Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and Daily Management System (DMS) owners.
* Support the delivery of the Warehouse RTT program.
* Accountable for the results of the warehouse systems by developing and deploying system and process improvements to deliver genuine efficiencies to reduce waste.
* Develop action plans, set priorities for the teams, and allocate resources to support the plan.
* Eliminate losses by completing problem solving through root cause analysis.
* Build capability through training of SOPs and continuous improvement activities of the Warehouse & Logistics department & enabling self-sufficient teams.

* Exceptional people and business leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build a highly accountable and collaborative culture across the operations functions.
* Demonstrated capacity to lead and implement warehouse systems and optimisation programs.
* Warehouse & Logistics process knowledge and experience.
* Sound knowledge of the technology that drives operational efficiencies and improvements.
* Demonstrated capacity to think systemically.
* Effective communication, influencing, and integration skills.
* Strong experience in FMCG related, management, CI or logistics roles.
