The Role
We are seeking exceptional hospitality staff, including Restaurant Managers, Cooks, Chefs, and Waiter staff, to join our team on a full-time basis. Our hospitality team embodies our core values and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional guest experience in their daily duties.

Requirements
* AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher relevant qualifications and experience in the designated role.
* A love for being part of a large hospitality group.
* The ability to drive financial results and demonstrate strong management skills when dealing with production and waste levels, ensuring sales budgets and profit expectations are met.
* Solutions-focused, creative, and passionate about the industry.
* At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role with relevant experience.
* Ideal experience in a club/hotel/motel environment.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities - Restaurant Manager
* Assist in hiring and training new employees, as well as continuous training of existing staff.
* Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and busing staff.
* Maintain high-quality food standards.
* Ensure kitchen staff compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
* Respond quickly to customer complaints and resolve them effectively.
* Develop strategies to improve customers' dining experience.
* Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
* Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
* Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
* Manage restaurant staff work schedules.
