Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre – Corporate Nursing Salary $121,107 - $125,679 (Pro Rata) ASO8 Salary $114,314 - $124,449 (Pro Rata) AHP4 Salary $125,183 - $130,779 (Pro Rata) RN3 Part Time - 22.5 Hours p.w. – Until March 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Nursing Team The primary objective of the role is to support the development and implementation of complex strategies and projects to assist the effective delivery of a clinician engagement strategy across SALHN. About the role: Reporting to the Executive Director Nursing & Midwifery Services, this role is accountable to the Executive Director Nursing & Midwifery Services with reporting line to the Manager, Strategy and Performance, Project Management Office (PMO). Duties for the role will include: Encourage and support involvement of all relevant stakeholders in project and program design and development, Development of project briefs, project plans, and recommendations in relation to appropriate project/program milestones, Provision of advice, and development of systems and processes for independent project assurance, including design of Stage Gate Review processes, Support in risk identification and evaluation workshops to the programs to support strategic risk management, Monitor, provide advice and leadership on the delivery of benefits realisation plans and KPIs for projects and programs, Ability to identify performance outcomes, set priorities, plan and schedule work to achieve objectives and meet deadlines within a context of competing work demands/priorities and tight time frames with proven ability to be resilient and work positively in a changing high pressure environment. About you: Strong interpersonal and communication skills which demonstrate a capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders on a range of sensitive and complex issues to achieve positive outcomes, Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing, Demonstrated experience in Project Management and managing complex programs of work, in a complex organisation, and during periods of change. (RN3) Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. (AHP4) An Allied Health degree or equivalent which entitles registration with the relevant professional body or for self-regulated professions in eligibility for membership with the professional association.
