As a Sales superstar you will play a critical role in creating a new department where your navigation of cold calls will shine. We need someone who is a superstar at navigating rejection and handling objections and someone who can educate our customer on all the problems we solve for them.Your Primary Responsibility Will Be To Make Cold Calls To Potential Customers Using Your Sales Talent To Close Out Deals. As Well AsMaintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory or industry.Make outbound calls, send emails, or leverage other communication methods to engage with potential customers.Develop personalised pitches to capture attention and spark interest.Ask questions to understand the prospect’s needs, pain points, and decision-making process.Assess the suitability of potential clients for the company’s products or services.Deliver clear and compelling sales techniques tailored to the prospect’s needs.Explain product or service benefits, features, and how they address specific challenges.Address questions and overcome objections confidently and professionally.Provide solutions that align with the customer’s requirements.Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, including call volume, lead conversion, and deals signed.Accurately record all interactions, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.Track and analyse sales metrics to report on progress and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and share insights.Continuously learn about the company’s products, competitors, and market trends.Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.Mandatory Qualifications, Skills And ExperienceProven experience in outbound sales or a similar role is advantageous.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.Strong people and relationship building skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.The customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.We recognise you may not meet all of the above, but don’t let that deter you.
