The Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Northcote Swim Team, including coaching, program development, swimmer performance, and team administration.Key Responsibilities include:Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for swimmers of all levels.Monitor and evaluate swimmer performance, providing feedback and setting goals for improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and OHS guidelines.About You:Experience as a Swim Coach, at the competitive level.Minimum requirement Swim Australia Development Coach with willingness to work towards Advanced Coach status.Extensive knowledge of swimming techniques, training methodologies, and athlete development.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.A people person with exceptional interpersonal skills.Ability to work a varied roster with opens, closes and weekend work.Adopt an energetic and vibrant approach.Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.Working with Children Check and National Police Check.Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field - desirable.If you think this opportunity is for you and you want to be part of our future success please apply now, only successful applicant will be contacted.
