Assistant / Duty Manager | Cabramatta Hotel Redcape Hotel Group is seeking an energetic, aspirational hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Cabramatta Hotel as one of our Assistant Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties. Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours. RSA / RCG & ARCG are required (or willingness to obtain).
