We are seeking an exceptional Designer to develop and deliver industry benchmark assets (print and digital) for our Publishing marketing and publicity teams.Responsibilities:Creating visually engaging assets, videos, and animations for multichannel use and social and digital content to promote our books.Core skills required to succeed in this role include:Graphic Design Expertise: Strong ability to create visually compelling digital and print marketing assets.Video & Animation Production: Experience in designing animated videos, GIFs, and motion graphics.Social & Digital Content Creation: Skilled in developing engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and other design tools.Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, publicity, and publishing teams.Project Management & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.About you:You are a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for storytelling through visual content. You excel at creating compelling digital and print assets that engage audiences and drive marketing success.
