As they have grown throughout the years, they are now looking to appoint a Document Controller based on the new hospital project in Ipswich.
Role responsibilities: Assist the senior team and ensuring the flow of documentation processing are in accordance to administration requirements Provide high level document support for the project team Ensuring all design documentations are stored and retrieved in the appropriate systems Act as a first point contact for any documents queries within the internal team Review and rectify errors Conducting regular reviews and audits of project documents Managing, tracking, filing as well as distributing documents as required Facilitate and assist with documents preparation Maintain effective and positive relationship between stakeholders Provide support in tender documents Any other ad-hoc as required About you: Minimum of 2 years' of similar experience Experienced in Aconex Previous exposure to construction is highly desirable Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills and organisation High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities Understanding of WHS requirements and Quality assurance Flexibility to meet changing project demands and requirements Benefits: Future leadership and continuous development programs Supportive team environment To apply please click the apply now button or would like an initial confidential discussion please don't hesitate to contact Gabi Staniute on 0401 905 585 or ******.
