Job Description
As a Deskside Technician I, you will provide hardware and software support services to our onsite clients, including break/fix repair. Your tasks will also involve implementing virus detection and eradication procedures, diagnosing end-user system failures, and implementing repair solutions.
You will work with various devices, including printers and network equipment, ensuring connectivity from the PC to the Network. Additionally, you will troubleshoot wireless connectivity issues and provide quality customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hardware and software support services to onsite clients
* Implement virus detection and eradication procedures
* Diagnose and repair end-user system failures
* Troubleshoot network devices for connectivity issues
* Support Lenovo PCs, Microsoft Office applications, and Symantec products
Requirements
* 3+ years of corporate desk-side support experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 7 and Windows 10
* Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office applications, and VPNs
* Quality customer service skills and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
