Details of the Division and Team:
The Communications & CSR department at Deutsche Bank delivers timely, effective and open communications with the bank’s stakeholders. It protects and builds the reputation and brand of the bank to ensure its continued strength, growth, and profitability. The team aims to make a positive impact as a valued and sought-after communications advisor on reputational issues across our bank.
Specifically, the Communications &CSR department partners with stakeholders at all levels of the bank on decision-making from a reputational perspective, supporting them in their dialogue with internal and external stakeholders, representing Deutsche Bank as a transparent and credible partner.

Your key responsibilities:
* Assisting to manage the internal communications strategy for Australia by creating timely, engaging and accessible content for local employees across multiple channels
* Contributing to the flow of internal content across Asia Pacific, by working with colleagues across the region to write engaging content in various formats
* Day to day management of the local CSR programme, including working with charity partners, management of key vendors, communication to staff and administration of the programme
* Assisting to drive local social media strategy and working closely with the global team on key campaigns
* Assisting on media relations tasks, including drafting media releases
* Administration to support the functioning of the department
Your skills and experience:
* Degree qualified (either Communications or Finance related)
* Relevant work experience, ideally within the Financial Services industry, corporate sector or media agency
* Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams
* Basic creative skills including photography/videography
* Strong copy-writing, story-telling, editing and proofing skills. Has the ability turn complex subjects into engaging narratives that people want to consume across multiple formats
* Interest in video production and digital channels. Seeks out new and engaging formats to keep our channels fresh and engaging
* Keen eye for design and an interest in using visuals to bring content to life
* Enthusiasm for working in a team in an incredibly fast paced and exciting environment
