About the opportunity
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the procurement strategy, with a focus on strategic sourcing, supplier management and sustainable procurement initiatives.
They will enable the business to establish collaborative and productive relationships with key business partners and suppliers across ISPT.
The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing activities across the ISPT portfolio and business, working positively and collaboratively with our property partners, consultants and advisors.
They will provide input into ISPT’s suite of procurement documents and templates, to ensure they are maintained and continuously improved.
This role will have you
Support the Senior Manager, Procurement in the development of the procurement strategy.
Deliver procurement initiatives across strategic sourcing, supplier management and sustainable procurement (ESG).
Develop regular reporting and dashboard to monitor progress against plan.
Coordinate / participate in review meetings with key suppliers to assess performance, costs and risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop category knowledge.
About you
You have strong knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier management, contract management and demand management. You bring demonstrated experience in understanding of supply chain practices and extensive experience in developing and implementing category strategies.
It goes without saying that you are a problem solver and are comfortable working with complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
Finally, you have a desire to make a difference through improvement, you build strong stakeholder relationships and have impeccable communication skills.
