In this role you will be part of a team, responsible for the end-to-end processing of over 900 employees. You will need to be accurate and have excellent communication skills when speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
The role:
1. End to end processing of payroll in accordance to the companies policies and procedures
2. Onboarding new starters
3. Ensure compliance with superannuation
4. Processing termination requests
5. Investigate discrepancies in pay or other employee entitlements
6. Reconciliations
7. Leave Management - ensure all leave and other entitlements are recorded
8. Dealing with Payroll queries
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
9. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
