Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
o Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing strategies.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
o Manage the recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview stage.
o Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
o Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have previous experience recruiting for a blue-collar workforce. Additionally, you will possess:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work in a team environment.
o Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
