About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure that our guests receive impeccable service from the moment they enter our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, service standards, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, coach, and mentor a team of front-of-house staff to deliver a flawless dining experience for our guests.
· Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that the service is synchronized with the preparation and presentation of food.
· Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the expectations of our guests.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and partners.
· Manage budgets and financial targets, including forecasting and reporting. Participate in developing and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards, including health and safety, liquor licensing, and food safety.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, and work with the the team to develop and implement training and development programs.
· Continually seek to improve service standards and guest experiences through ongoing innovation and experimentation.
Qualifications and Experience
· 2+ years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, with a focus on high level restaurant operations.
· Excellent leadership and people management and operational skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
· Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
· Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
· A deep understanding of food, wine, and beverage service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
