About the Role
As the Showroom Consultant, you will report to the Showroom Team Leader and will provide exceptional interactions, consultations and solutions to assist clients throughout the journey of choosing products for their bathroom, kitchen and laundry spaces. Playing a key part in their journey, you will provide consultation to support their dream rooms becoming a reality. A full-time role with alternate Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons required.
Duties
4. Provide consultancy and solutions to clients during the selection process
5. Support clients in all capacities including in person, phone or email interactions
6. Build and maintain customer relationships
7. Sales generation including showroom sales, quoting and quote follow up
8. Maintain accurate records relating to all customer interactions
9. Process payments and deposits
Skills & Experience
10. Recent success in a sales environment
11. Strong customer service skills
12. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
13. High level of professionalism, presentation and manner
14. Diligent, driven and positive work attitude
15. Experience in the building industry is highly advantageous
