Overview:
Join Orient Capital as a Client Relations Manager (CRM) within our Client Relations Management team. Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you will take on a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of clients, providing proactive support for services delivered through our cutting-edge platform, miraqle.
As a Client Relations Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior management to support and align with strategic objectives. Your role involves executing and implementing reviews across the client base, ensuring adherence to client SLAs, and contributing to the team's annual client retention and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with senior management to support strategic objectives.
2. Assist the Head of Client Relations in executing client reviews.
3. Ensure adherence to client SLAs for annual retention goals.
4. Maintain an internal CRM database.
5. Demonstrate commercial awareness to identify business opportunities within your client portfolio, driving retention and maximizing revenue.
6. Potential for domestic travel and attendance at industry events.
Experience & Attributes:
7. Proven client-facing or Account Management experience.
8. Demonstrated experience within and knowledge of the financial markets industry.
9. Understanding of Investor Relations, Corporate Access, or Equity Markets highly regarded.
10. Confident communicator with strong written, presentation, and analytical skills.
11. Excellent attention to detail and a confident telephone manner.
12. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
13. Team player with proactive and independent capabilities.
14. Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
