Sydney Wealth Management Contract or Temporary Our client is a leading global wealth management firm seeking an individual that has prior wealth management operations experience to join their team working on a client experience project as a Business Analyst for an initial 12m contract role. Working within the Wealth Management sales and marketing function the Business Analyst role will be accountable for delivering initiatives to help enhance client experience and drive profitable business growth. The ideal candidate is an individual that has experience in both projects and wealth management operations. Key Responsibilities • Project management: Manage and deliver projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes • Data Management and Analytics: Extract and analyse client data as required • Sales Support: Develop sales tools/materials and support Private Weath Advisers and Client Service Managers with client queries and complaints • Process improvement: Enhance and optimise operational processes • Change management: Develop change management materials to support the embedment and adoption of change initiatives, including projects managed by the broader projects team • Risk management: Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Pro-actively identify business risk and develop controls to mitigate risks • Documentation: Gather, validate and document business processes and procedures, as required.
