We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing Joondalup team delivering incredible service, and supporting the people of WA on behalf of a major utilities provider.
Our Joondalup centre is newly refurbished and close to cafes, shopping centres and public transport.
Key details:
1. Full time available to work 38 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
2. Part-time to work 30 hours per week Monday - Friday rotational shifts between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ( must be able to complete 6 weeks full time training)
3. Work in our centre located 2/8 Davidson Terrace Joondalup WA or
4. Hybrid (2 days office 3 days at home) working model after nesting period and meeting KPI's
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
5. Build a relationship with customers over the phone
6. Adhere to comprehensive compliance standards
7. Deliver amazing customer experiences every time
8. Effectively handle and resolve complex enquiries
9. Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions
10. Be comfortable to work in a flexible seating environment
11. Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
12. You will be required to complete a National Police Clearance
13. Must have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
