Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead their warehouse operations and drive safety, efficiency, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sunshine West, VIC, and contribute to the continued success of a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the receiving, processing, and dispatching of goods for internal and external customers.
* Plan future capacity requirements to meet operational needs.
* Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving warehouse objectives.
* Promote and enforce OH&S and quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
* Utilize and manage warehouse management systems and related technology effectively.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
* Liaise with other departments and customers to ensure seamless communication and service quality.
* Ensure the careful handling of products throughout the distribution facility.
* Oversee the maintenance of plant, machinery, and equipment.
* Perform general warehouse duties and uphold workplace safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in warehouse organisation and management.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and relevant regulations.
* Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and develop team members.
* Skilled in delegating, instructing, and evaluating the work of warehouse personnel.
* Experience in motivating and managing teams to achieve operational goals.

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
