About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Officer to join their team for a 6 month duration.
The successful candidate will form part of and contribute to the Mine Operations Department of a Bowen Basin Mine.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Weekly and Monthly CMF Reporting
* EOM Compliance, Data for S&P Meeting, Vendor Engagement
* Coordinating Contractor Owner Appointments
* Maintaining CMF Systems Workflow Tool
* Maintaining Contracts Sharepoint Page
* iAuditor CMF Champion for Department
* Managing Access and Maintain Templates with Required Updates
* Reviewing Vendor Job Cards Submitted to Support Specialist within Team
* Coordination of Outgoing Vendor Communication and Doc Control
* Carry out Duties as Outlined in the Contractor Management Framework
Schedule, facilitate, record mobilisation, safety, and performance and close out meetings required under CMF routines.
Monitor, support and sustain contract partners compliance to the PDM Safety and Health Management System.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Experienced in MS Office Suite with a High Level of Attention to Detail
* Ability to Develop and Maintain Positive Working Relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to Work Both Independently and Part of a Team
* Ability to Organise and Manage Competing Demands and Priorities
* Documentum, Tempo, SharePoint, and SAP Experience
* Experience in Auditing and Compliance Management
* Understanding of the Sites Safety Health Management System
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
