Your tasks: Delivering sustainable sales growth with a customer-centric focus and forging strong relationships with our customer base in the aftermarket. Support key market channel and support ZF's activities and new business through interacting with key business partners. The role involves regular travel for attendance at customer trade shows, industry events, and workshop engagement. Your profile: Minimum of 1 year in Account Management with proven sales experience. Experience working towards KPI's including sales & market engagement. Leading business development activities and customer support in Automotive industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of our customers' distribution channel through to the workshop. Demonstrate a strong level of commercial and financial acumen, negotiate commercial terms of engagement while maintaining business focus.
