The Role
We're looking for someone who will take ownership of a solid client portfolio and have the chance to work side-by-side with business owners and decision-makers. You'll play a key part in driving business success, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth workflows.
You’ll also have the opportunity to flex your leadership muscles—guiding, training, and supporting junior team members along the way.
Day to Day
• Manage your client portfolio, tasks, and WIP.
• Lead or participate in client meetings.
• Review and analyse team and client work for risks/opportunities.
• Confidently review and sign off on client work.
• Draft financial, tax, and investment advice for Partner review.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Provide strategies, with strong Division 7A knowledge.
• Research technical topics to support decisions.
• Suggest improvements and drive team innovation.
• Contribute to workplace groups and firm initiatives.
About You
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm.
• CA or CPA qualified.
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with others.
• Strong time management skills—you know how to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset when it comes to client service and business growth.
