About The Role
The Operations Manager oversees the management of operational administrative support and advice to coordinate the effective implementation of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage effective administrative systems and practices, ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
* Draft, review, and format correspondence and reports, ensuring all documentation is available when needed.
* Conduct investigations and analysis to formulate responses as required.
* Support faculty of medicine & health and oversee Medical Students on rotation.

You will have worked in a similar role and possess the following skills:
* Ability to Communicate Effectively
* Establishing, monitoring, and reviewing administrative procedures
* Staff supervision, training, mentoring, and performance management experience
* Experience in the healthcare/medical industry
