Your role as a Service Delivery Agent will involve working in a team to provide timely, efficient, professional, and safe passenger services. This includes check-ins for passenger handling and lead gate agent duties, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to client airlines and ensure all customer service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
* Carry out passenger check-in duties and other tasks related to passenger service for client airlines.
* Complete necessary paperwork on time and report as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
* Assist passengers with special needs during disrupted or delayed services.
* Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies for passenger and employee safety.
You will build strong relationships with team members and client airline employees, promoting a positive company image and following direction to achieve required timely aircraft departures.
