Employing some of the best in the civil construction industry this company prides itself on the quality of its projects and client satisfaction. They have built a reputation as one of the major players in complex civil works with a specialisation in rail, roads, and bridges. Working with Government bodies and Tier One contractors they can deliver projects up to $50m in value. The Roles With an increase in workload, they have identified the need for a couple of Site and Project Engineers to supplement their engineering team. You will work closely with the Project Managers and Senior Engineers as you grow in the role with the company and you will be mentored accordingly. You should have worked on civil construction, road construction, bridge construction or general infrastructure works and want to work in the Sydney area. The company offers long-term and not just project opportunities. To be successful in this role you should have; experience in civil construction a Bachelor of Civil Engineering worked on road, water, or civil infrastructure projects focus on safety solid technical skills have previously worked with a contractor ideally have worked in NSW to rail and RMS specifications enjoy complex civil projects understanding of quality exposure to quality and programming ability to work as part of high-performing project teams Remuneration This role pays a market-high base salary with a top-of-the-range company car and an excellent bonus scheme.
