Aussie Broadband’s purpose is to change the game. As one of our Outbound Sales Consultants you'll support the growth of our business.
This is a permanent role based in Dandenong South, working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster.
The working hours are between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and every 3rd Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
* Proficient computer literacy and data entry skills for notetaking and using basic software packages.

* Prioritise customer satisfaction by understanding their needs through effective questioning techniques, product usage analysis, and following standard procedures.
* Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
* Maximise revenue by addressing all of the customers' telecommunication needs.
* Ensure accurate data entry of customer details into our systems.
