About us:
STELaRLab is Lockheed Martin’s first dedicated multi-disciplinary research lab to be setup outside of the US and conducts research in artificial intelligence, signal and image processing, communication systems and multidomain operations (MDO) to deliver exciting outcomes that advance Australian capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
As the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Remote Sensing Engineer you will perform research and/or product development encompassing multiple scientific or engineering disciplines such as Computer Science, Signal or Image Processing, Analytics, Machine Learning, or associated disciplines.
About you:
* Experience in the execution of R&D tasks for projects in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics related fields
* Experience in one or more of the following: Signal or Image Processing, Analytics, Machine Learning or Radar Signal Processing
* Software development skills in Python, MATLAB, C++ or similar.
* PhD or equivalent experience in addition to mathematical or scientific tertiary qualifications.
Special Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
