As one of the fastest-growing names in the non-alc drinks space, backed by a high-performing team, we’re now looking for a forward-thinking CFO to take this start up through scale up. About the Role: We’re not looking for your typical CFO. This is a strategic and operational partner role — someone who can bring financial discipline, creative problem-solving, and a hands-on attitude to fuel our clients scale-up story. You’ll be working closely with the Founder/CEO and CGO, helping shape the future as they prepare for further capital raises, expansion into new markets, and set the business up for a potential global exit. What’s in it for you: $200K - $220k Super/Benefits Bonus (10% global target) equity options Be part of one of the biggest success stories in Australian consumer brands High-growth, high-impact role reporting directly to the founder & CGO A brand on a mission, backed by serious results and serious ambition Lead a global team across AUS, US, UK, ASIA (and soon, Europe) One day WFH — this is an in-office, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role Real involvement in future M&A, global manufacturing, and capital strategy Your Impact: Bring structure, smarts, and serious thinking to a start-up to scale-up journey Own financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling Lead investor relations, fundraising, and work closely with the founder on capital rounds Implement creative funding strategies — from trade finance to debt facilities Support international setup: Europe expansion, OS manufacturing, compliance Work directly with tax firms across 3 countries and oversee multi-entity reporting Optimise supply chain, stockholding, and ERP decisions (Unleashed → SAP coming) Build and improve our financial stack: Xero, Gusto, and future ERP integrations Guide global tax planning (AUS/US), grants (EMDG etc), and health/401K oversight Lead and mentor the finance team: Finance Manager, US counterpart & others Own performance metrics, D&D materials, and board-ready packs Drive export strategy, manage trade complexities, and keep cash flowing smartly Partner on key commercial decisions: pricing, global expansion, and manufacturing What We’re Looking For: CA/CPA or equivalent with 5 years in senior finance roles Experience in scaling high-growth consumer brands (FMCG, DTC, premium food & bev ideal) Entrepreneurial mindset — not just a numbers person, but a commercial thinker Confident working across time zones (US early calls, UK late ones) Open to travel and ideally experienced in AUS & US markets (UK/Europe a bonus) Strong knowledge of banking, trade finance, and investor management Able to work closely with the board, investors, and shareholders Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and not afraid to play “bad cop” when needed Experience managing legal and M&A matters (bonus) Comfortable building from scratch, running lean, and making big things happen No corporate lifers — we need someone hands-on, scrappy, strategic, and savvy Experience building a diverse leadership team Some manufacturing exposure is a big plus Familiar with Coles/Woolworths dynamics is nice to have Understands people, performance, and the real metrics that drive growth Not afraid to ask “why not?” and build creative workarounds when needed Brings a bit of dog — grit, drive, and conviction to lead through chaos and growth If you're as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW We are interviewing immediately.
