We also have Publicis Sapient driving digital business transformation for our clients.OverviewThe roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Junior Communications & Content Coordinator to join our team.As part of our internal communications, this newly created role will support our efforts in enhancing employee engagement and developing digital assets. These efforts aim to strengthen our internal communications and support various company events.Your key responsibilities will include:Internal CommunicationsNewsletter Content: Assist in developing and curating content for monthly employee newsletters, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.Leverage External Content: Identify and repurpose relevant external content from all agencies within the business for internal communications.Content Calendar Management: Help manage content calendars and collaborate cross-functionally to schedule invites into company-wide calendars.Targeted Communications: Create and assist with targeted electronic direct mail (EDMs) for single communications, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), wellbeing, Learning and Development teams, and Talent Acquisition.Video Communication: Utilise video as a communication channel across the business.Community Page Management: Assist in planning and managing the Marcel ANZ Community Page, ensuring information is timely, accurate, and up to date.
