We're seeking an experienced Project and Change Manager to support the delivery of impactful Inclusion and Child Safety initiatives. You'll manage key projects, including the Working with Children Check Implementation, Child Safety Action Plan, existing and new Gender Equality Action Plan and Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, shaping a culture where everyone thrives. Key responsibilities of the role will include the following: Project and Stakeholder Engagement. You will be skilled in leading and delivering complex projects through strategic planning and change management, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, governance, communications strategy, and managing project interdependencies to achieve seamless and impactful outcomes. Project and Program Monitoring and Reporting. Proficient in monitoring project performance, ensuring strategic program alignment, managing risks and changes, overseeing deliverables, preparing high-quality reports, maintaining documentation, and applying compliant project management methodologies to deliver successful outcomes. Change Management. Experienced in leading structured change management initiatives, developing and executing strategic plans, developing Sponsor, Training and People/volunteer Manager plans, applying consistent methodologies (e.g., Prosci), and creating tools to support and evaluate change adoption for improved business outcomes. About You Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Significant knowledge, expertise and demonstrated application of project management methodologies in complex organisations. Project management experience and qualifications/Certification in PRINCE 2, PMBOK and/or Agile Project Management methodologies will be highly regarded. Experience and demonstrated track record in applying Change Management principles, methodologies and tools for multiple projects, particularly change impact assessments, stakeholder management, engagement, communication and training plans (essential). Demonstratable knowledge of Prosci highly regarded. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale change projects including strategic planning, execution and evaluation. Excellent interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills and a proven ability to overcome resistance and influence positive behaviour. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills coupled with an ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and clearly convey complex issues and updates to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders using a human centred design approach by putting the person/end user at the centre of projects. Significant experience in the use of project management software including MS Project, MS Planner or Smartsheet. Knowledge of Child Safe Standards coupled with experience leading project and change initiatives in Child Safety, Diversity and Inclusion and/or Learning and Organisational Development.
