Job Description
Responsibilities: As a Bookkeeper at Zilzie Wines, you will enjoy a diverse role within our Finance team, providing valuable guidance and insight to our Production teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaboration and preparation of financial and statistical reports, annual budgets/forecasts including salaries and wages for the production team.
Preparation, maintenance and reporting of cashflow.
End of Month processing and reporting, and weekly reporting during Vintage.
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget) and summarise to stakeholders.
Collate CAPEX budgets with stakeholders and periodic reporting.
Management of fixed asset register.
Provide back up for end-to-end payroll function as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will have:
Relevant experience in a similar role and intermediate to advanced skills with Excel.
End to end payroll experience desirable.
