Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking a passionate, detail-orientated customer service professional to efficiently coordinate orders and manage and resolve customer enquiries.
The Role-
This role requires an immediate start for an initial 6 month period and has strong potential for permanency. It is a Monday-Friday role with no weekend work.
This role is largely administration based and would suit someone with a detail orientated approach.
1. Process orders and data management using SAP
2. Resolve customer issues and case management, for example blocked orders and pricing enquiries
3. Coordinate delivery dates for orders
4. Be the first point of contact across for enquiries
About you-
5. Prior customer service experience
6. Data entry or administrative experience (SAP experience advantageous)
7. Strong communication skills
8. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
