The Opportunity
As a Store person, you will be supporting with various duties across the warehouse from goods inward through to dispatch including inventory management and the upkeep of relevant administration tasks. You will also support with ensuring customer satisfaction through the picking, packing and dispatch of orders. There is opportunity for this role to be cross functional in supporting other roles within the branch.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based around a Monday – Friday roster at Blackwoods Dubbo.
Some of the tasks in therRole
* Support with goods inward and dispatch, stock movement and storage in the warehouse
* Pick, Pack and prepare customer order in line with Branch KPI’s
* Assist with accurate preparation of customer pick up order and collection process.
* Conduct relevant warehouse administration tasks including stocktake, housekeeping, First Expired, First Out/First In, First Out
* Operate machinery/equipment to assist with daily tasks in line with Blackwoods policy
Some of the skills required:
* Exposure to warehousing activities
* Intermediate computer literacy
* The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team as required
* Experience within a customer facing or customer centric environment desirable
* Valid forklift license desirable
