THE ROLE This newly created role supports the current CEO in growing his business into Fire Safety and Protection Services. Based in their office in Yatala, you will be at the forefront of their operations, driving efficiencies and results. This role will actively ensure the delivery of products and services are on time for the inspections, testing and services of essential fire and electrical safety measures. This hands-on role will see you working in the office, out in the field and focusing on customer engagement while being responsible for: Manage operations in accordance with site requirements, leading client contract meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients serving as their primary point of contact for all fire safety needs Job management and allocation including services, installations and repair data via the CRM Manage service contracts efficiently including overseeing contract KPI's ensuring service delivery meets expectations and resolving disputes promptly Lead, mentor, train and supervise your team and ensure consistency of processes and procedures Take accountability for the overall leadership, budget, safety and performance of your team. To be successful in this role you will bring with you the following skills and attributes: Experience in managing a service team with knowledge and understanding of Fire Protection Systems and maintenance practices.
