Responsibilities
:
Reporting to the General Manager - Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing the investor services inbox and phone line and responding to retail and institutional investor queries
2. Coordinating investor statements quarterly (dividends and exits) and annually (periodic and tax)
3. Processing quarterly investor distributions and dealing with withheld payments
4. Preparing or contributing to ad-hoc investormunications and corporate actions
5. Managing the external unit registry provider, including quality control, relationship management, reporting andpliance obligations
6. Managing one direct report for the Investor Services function, and general office administration requirements
7. Responding to queries from existing and potential institutional investors and covering broker analysts
8. Providing financial modelling expertise, including developing or maintaining investment models
9. Working closely with themunications and Marketing team to providemunications and service to our investors
Requirements
10. You may have experience from the financial planning or banking industry
11. You have RG146 certification and ideally have tertiary qualifications in finance, business ormunications
12. You understand investment products and have established financial markets/product knowledge
13. Investment modelling and associated MS Excel skills not a requirement but will be viewed favourably
14. You can demonstrate relationship building skills, such as overseeing a small team, working with internal stakeholders or in a client-based role
15. You will have experience drafting written correspondence for external publications and have a strong attention to detail
16. You can demonstrate both empathy and persuasiveness while beingfortable regularly working to critical deadlines
