As a Clear Executive, you'll use your insurance broking expertise to manage a book of SME and mid-market clients, advising them on their risks and risk transfer needs.
You'll be able to attend leading QLD business network meetings and assist on corporate accounts across all aspects of account management, including negotiating with insurers, account administration, report writing and invoicing.
Your Skills: In this fast-paced role, you'll rely on your professional, courteous manner and exceptional communication skills to work as part of the team. You'll interact with clients and insurer partners daily to deliver professional advice and an exceptional customer experience.
You'll use your initiative and critical thinking skills to interpret your client's complex insurance needs and work with insurers to source the most appropriate risk transfer solutions. Your can-do attitude will help you bond with the team and maximise the opportunities offered by working for a growing Steadfast Network Broker.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of General Insurance Broking experienceMinimum Tier 1 General Insurance Broking, Financial Services (Broking) Diploma preferredExperience with Office 365, Sunrise, Insight, SCTP and insurer underwriting portalsCorporate Brokerage experience, highly regarded but not essentialExperience advising on a broad range of commercial insurance productsExceptional attention to detailSalary & Benefits: Remuneration based on experienceFull-Time or Part-Time positionOffice-based with flexible working conditionsWeekly Team Fitness SessionFinancial support for further education and trainingAbout Clear Insurance: Clear Insurance was founded in 2010 by Lisa Carter, the highly respected NIBA 2019 National Broker of the Year winner.
