Keep up to date various contact lists Assist with telephone and email enquiries, diary management, showing initiative in handing inquiries and redirecting to the relevant business unit or Officer. Follow records management guidelines policy and procedures and produce routine business activity reports Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately and with attention to detail.
