About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for full-time Control Room Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our Local Council clients.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
2. Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
3. Incident report writing and data logs.
4. Site safety and monitoring
5. Providing consistent high quality customer service
6. Control access to security sensitive areas
7. Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public.
8. Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
9. Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution

11. Incident report writing and data logs
Pay Rate and Rostered Hours
Week 1:
Fri-Sat 0600-1800
Sun 1800-0600
Week 2:
S at-Sun 0600-1800
12. Permanent part-time
13. 2 week rotational roster
14. SSIA L4 rates + super
15. Standard rates from $27.88 per hour
16. Saturday rates from $41.82 per hour
17. Sunday rates from $55.78 per hour
18. Public holiday rates from $69.70 per hour.
