ABOUT US Regional Early Education and Development (REED) is a multi-site Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) service with currently 25 centers located throughout Regional Western Australia. ABOUT THE ROLE REED Inc has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced Human Resources Administrator to work with a collaborative, small Human Resources team on a part time basis. Reporting to the HR Coordinator, you will have at least 12 months experience in recruitment focusing on writing and posting job adverts, prescreening and general HR administrative duties. Additionally, you will provide day to day administrative and operational support across a broad range of duties within Human Resources. ABOUT YOU Use your exceptional Human Resource Administration skills and experience to contribute to making a difference to the development and wellbeing of children in Regional WA communities. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS The position of HR Administrator is a 0.5FTE contract (19 hrs per week). The salary range is from $55,000 to $60,000 (pro rata). Career progression. To be successful in this role you must have: Certificate 4 in HR and experience in a similar role. Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Western Australia State employment laws and legislation, Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, relevant Awards. Knowledge of WA Work Health and Safety legislation. Strong ability in using MS Office and SEEK. Drive and commitment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. WWCC and National Police Check Additional desirable skills Knowledge and understanding of ECEC industry workforce issues. Knowledge and understanding of the rural and regional barriers.
