6. Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and material preparation.

Requirements:
9. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a government or corporate environment.
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
12. Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, to create professional documents and presentations.
